This mix makes 18 muffin-size rolls which have a nice crunchy crust and a light airy center. Named for my nephew Aaron, who can easily eat 5 rolls in one sitting, these are sure to be a hit with both kids and adults.
Ingredients are: Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Indian Rice Grass flour (Perennial bunch grass, Achnatherum hymenoides), Sugar, Salt, Xanthan gum and gluten-free yeast packet.
