You can serve this to your gluten-eating friends and they'll never know it's gluten free! You add your own sweetener. Each package makes one 9x13 or two 9" round or 24 cupcakes.

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Cocoa processed with Alkali, Tapioca Starch, Aluminum-free Corn-free Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate baking soda, tapioca starch monocalcium phosphate), Vanilla Powder, Cellulose Gum, Baking Soda, Salt.   This mix is GMO-free.
